BRINGING YOU AND YOUR HOME TOGETHER, MAKING MEMORIES TO CHERISH
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Kathy began her professional career as a sales representative for Nabisco, before transitioning into home decor, making drapes and window treatments, while raising her children. However, it wasn’t long after her children were in school that her journey into the world of real estate began.
Kathy has always been drawn to the challenges and transformations that come with being a Realtor. Now serving at RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, she describes helping her clients find the home of their dreams as both satisfying and rewarding, seizing every opportunity to teach her community what real estate is all about. Kathy has a long-standing reputation for looking out for the best interest of every person she serves. In fact, she assisted many couples during the 2008 stock market crash, in which many homeowners were at risk of foreclosure.
Throughout Kathy’s career as a real estate professional, she has always strived to continue to better herself and take on new and exciting challenges. It was her husband, coupled with her ambitious worth ethic, that drove her to learn how to invest in her business, opening herself up to the opportunities of rental properties. Because of this, Kathy has been able to help her clients understand the responsibility of renting and teach them how to be the best homeowner they can be.
Kathy is no stranger to utilizing all her resources, as she often collaborates with her wonderful husband, Mike, whose knowledge of real estate and prior career as a Realtor has enhanced Cathy’s scope for looking outside the box and creatively piecing together deals. Collectively, she and Mike have also rehabbed many homes, a part of real estate that continuously reignites Kathy’s passion for delivering her clients the best possible solutions for their home buying/selling experience.
In her free time, Kathy enjoys traveling to see her family in Ohio and Georgia, and two grandchildren in Las Vegas, along with spending time with their three grandchildren here in TN. A few times each year, she and her husband camp at Runabouts, a family-friendly camp on the Ohio river, as well as at the beach in Panama City. Locally, Kathy loves boating on the area lakes of Middle Tennessee, frequently visiting Percy Priest. However, it is her home where she enjoys daily, sitting on the back patio watching the birds, soaking in the springtime flowers, and just appreciating the company of her sweetheart, Mike. It is Kathy’s life-long mission to savor life and give back to the Middle Tennessee community she loves so dearly.
